In other news, yes I’m aware all the quests in Lothlorien are rather repeditive, but truely, the lovely atmosphere means I don’t mind so much. Plus, they have rewards that speak to my soul; housing decorations! WHile it’s not as nice as my dream of owning a Lorien house (and let’s face it, that’d be divine), it’s a start.

A start, note that? Start. *nudges Turbine gleefully with puppy dog eyes*

I will note several disappointments though, because that’s part of being a balanced player. First of all, I am disappointed in the two single outfits of Lorien; neither have the grace and floaty loveliness I was expecting. (the model for the dress is the same as the Moria robe, that is very blocky over the chest and results in an increase of about 2 dress sizes) Another disappointment is the constant failure to add hairstyles. They’ve done it once, they have barbers, I would really except them to just slowly add more as they go. It’d be so lovely, really it would.

But, I will live; the zone is gorgeous and really matches my eyes…

First off, I would like to raise a very formal and hoity-toity complaint! It seems that, despite my charm and lovely looks, I seem only to find taters or coal in gift boxes. What is this? Some sort of Middle Earth conspiracy? Why do they laugh and mock me by keeping their special shinies to themselves!? They will pay, yes, oh yes. *shakes fist*

On another note, my festive outfits are all set and done! Though, to combat the elation felt when I saw a clothing competition I realise that for some reason my geological position prevents me from even involing myself. Turbine, why must thou taunt me so? Either way, I present to you my glories:

Either way, little miffed I miss out on the contest. Poor Eddy will have to take pride in her outfit alone this time, siiiigh. I suppose that rune Turbine gave me sort of makes up for it though… *cuddles lvl 30 legendary*

Well, first off don’t chose The Watcher as your playmate. He’ll only throw what can be described as boogers at you with his silly tentacles, causing you and only you to be the main tank for a battle. I put his rabid dislike of me down to the sheer beauty of my harp playing. That and I was the lowest level in the fellowship and main healer. An interesting mix, as always!

My quest for outfits in Moria continues, albiet at a slower pace. My usual supply of grey and yellow loot has turned up nothing especially interesting, which makes me disappointed and angsty. I’m already getting sick of my current outfits, and desire a drastic change! I contemplated putting myself into a robe, but then realise how frumpy and strange it made me look. Pants too don’t really work on my delicate behind (which seems to wiggle far more than usual) so I’m going to have to find a new colour combination for some existing dresses.

/sigh

The trials and tribulations of the exceedingly vain. I bet you The Watcher doesn’t have these sorts of issues in Moria, all he has to do is throw on his massive amounts of dread and sit in the water. Can’t be good for the skin.
