| About Us: We are a kinship of all classes, races, and levels forged together to fight the encroaching darkness of Mordor. We actively recruit at all times and all levels. We do not cater to everyone, nor do we try and be all things to all players. We are casual focusing on fellowship quests, crafting, housing, festivals and the like. Although end-game activities and PvMP are scheduled weekly, they are not emphasized. Because we have casual players and many levels are represented we will never be a raiding kin. We believe in communication utilizing, mainly, in-game chat and kinship mail but also by website, forums, and MOTD. Although Teamspeak is available, in-game voice for quests is used almost exclusively. We will always be a kinship with integrity and chat will be free from cursing, derogatory comments or sustained negativeness - positive, helpful chat will be encouraged. Although many ideas may be implemented, nothing is mandatory on behalf of members except to be courteous to others; nothing is required. Events, quests and crafting for others is voluntary. Every member is equal within the kinship and everyone is made an officer initially. There will never be ranks within kinship but volunteer positions that exist solely to meet a need. These posts are without governing authority over other members. Disciplinary actions are usually limited to demotion - first to member, then to recruit and finally dismissal.
